Refund policy

Because every item is made to order just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size selection.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Just email us at farnorthfinds.ca@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.

If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we'll help sort it out.

Please don't send anything back before contacting us. If a return is needed, we'll email you the return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
